When in Sweden…

Do as the Swedes do.

IMG_3821And this means heat a sauna up to boiling point (212˚ F or 100˚ C for all of you who live anywhere ever besides silly USA)…

IMG_3808And then proceeding to plunge into the frigid Baltic Sea (38˚ F or 4˚ C).

You can call it crazy, I’d prefer to refer to it as getting in touch with my Swedish roots.
The sauna got even hotter and I can boast a 100˚ Centigrade temperature difference between the two environments. We did this at least six times.

So um, best day ever? Yes.

I’m Swedish, it’s cool.
